There are a lot of exercises that are good for our heart. Some exercises are aerobic, anaerobic,isometric and isotonic exercises. The definition of cardio is relating to the heart and blood vessels. Cardiovascular disease involves one of three deaths in the United States each year. You should at least work out for 20 minutes so that your heart can be strong and healthy so that you can live for a long time. It is important to work out your heart beacuse it increases metabolism, decreases body fat, decrease coronary risks, reduces blood pressure, reduction in glucose-stimulated insulin secretion, increases HDL (good cholesterol), decreases total cholesterol, decreases symptoms of anxiety, tension, and depression. At least 30 minutes for aerobic activity at least 5 days per week for a total of 150. Some examples of aerobic activity is running, jogging, and biking. One way you can live a healthier life is by exercising and by eating healthy and avoiding eating to much junk food because what you eat affects your heart and your body. One reason is because if you eat junk food you could get cholesterol. In the vacation I am going to exercise so that I can have a healthy heart also so that I could have good health.
